Price Check JD Model 650 price

I have recently been looking at a JD 650 with a front loader and a backhoe. It seems in good shape and will do what I need. The dealer is asking 12,995. and I think this seems a little high. Please help ! Oh it is a 1986 model.

Don't know if this will help but last year I bought a 2 WD 750 with JD 67 FEL and JD 7 BH in good shape from a private party in N.C. for $6700.00.

I bought a '90 or '91 Deere 670 with FEL and rear finishing mower for $8500.00 recently. 600 hours and really nice condition.
This machine has 3 cylinders with 18.5 Net HP, 16 HP @ the PTO.

The 650 is an older model by a few years. 2 cylinders and a bit less horsepower.

There's a comparison for you...

Your dealer may be a bit high...or that's one rather expensive backhoe.

i just looked at an 87 650 w/1100 hrs and loader for 7500 all gone through

Saw a 86 650 with 1100 hrs for $5250 about a yr ago , no loader.
Was gone before I could decide between it and a 750. Ended up with a 755 310 hrs, MMM , scoop, boom pole, 6' blade, areator, and utility trailer for $8500.

Sounds reasonable if all is in great shape.

Just sold my '86 650 with 48" Bush Hog Mower and 60" JD MMM for $4500.00. 1453 hours, NO FEL or BH. Two local dealers would only offer Low $2000's for her on trade for new.
