JD Roto-tiller, will it fit?

A friend offered me a free 48" JD roro-tiller. He doesn't know what model it is (although I DO have the serial #, starts with M02902X), but it fits a 318, 420, 430. Will this fit my 4400?

Being it was made for riding mowers with limited capacity 3PH's I would think you might be able to adapt it to your use. But keep in mind it was made for ~20hp not 40.. It might be worth more as an E-bay item to come up with a down payment on a properly sized unit.
