JD X530 first Cut

Today I decided to take it for a spin and cut the 2 acres of field that has grown the last few weeks. Funny how weeds and field grass can grow even without rain. My review of the X530 is WOW... WOW and WOW. it had no trouble cutting the field. The power is unbelievable. The power steering is pretty nice feature also. No deck clogging. I also couldn't believe how quiet it was. I can't wait for it to rain and the grass to grow again instead fo cutting weeds and field but it was fun. It was so nice to mow knowing that this machine could handle it.

Glad to hear that the X530 worked so well under difficult circumstances! JD does know what it is doing. Did you find that seat pretty comfortable over the time it took in the field?

Thanks Chuck.. Was so used to the old cub that couldn't handle the field I was blown away with the JD performance. I did find the seat pretty comfortable although I missed the arm rests the cub had.. LOL..
