Me: Do you guys sell that tool? )</font>

But NAPA (and I'm sure a lot of other auto parts stores) sells that tool. It's called a suction gun. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif )</font>

Thanks, Bird. I went to the NAPA store and asked for one, and everybody started laughing. I said "What??" They told me that they sell three of those a year, and that I was the third guy to ask for one that morning! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif They got me one.. only $12.

That's pretty good, Bob. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif And that's about the same price I paid for one a couple of months ago.

NAPA should be paying you a commission, Bird. These things are now flying off the shelves, thanks, as Golfgar and I suspect, solely to you! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I have a Frontier 72" rear discharge finish mower. The gear box says "Woods". When I mow there appears to be a small amount of gear lube spilling/spraying out over the gear box causing dirt/dust to literally coat the exterior. I have checked the oil level and it is fine. Any reason to worry? I am a little reluctant to wash it off as it appears as though there is a vent and I am afraid of putting some water through the vent into the gear box. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I think the gear box may be a bit overfilled and you're getting just a bit of excess out of the overflow opening (if it has one). This will correct itself, eventually.
Otherwise, there's a bad seal somewhere(at the mount or at the shaft the PTO connects to).
If possible, I'd try to drain a bit of lube out of the gear box.
