JD316 Onan Engine Seized

Not sure on this engine but a lot of these motors have magnets under the flywheel to make juice for charging the battery. Not too unusual for one of these to fall off, maybe get jammed up. But I'd really look at that starter drive first. Be pretty unusual for the engine to just lock up when not running.

Ortis, is this a B or P type engine?

P type solenoid mounted on the starter.
B type solenoid under battery tray.
