JD3720 Axle leak

Left side seems to be leaking at the pivot joint. Right side at the lower seal. I read somewhere that heavy use of front end loader could cause axle leakage. That痴 why one has a front loader, correct? To carry heavy stuff. Anywho is there any permanent fix? I hate duplication of effort.

OK folks, Spent 600 dollars to have entire front axle rebuilt. 20 hours later leaking again. Didn't overload it. Is this a common problem and is there a fix?
