JD420
Got my hands on a JD420 yesterday. The rear PTO hardware and wire was removed earlier including the panel switch and light on the control panel. As best I can see, there is a loose black wire, blue wire and a male three prong laying free. Any ideas of the open electrical scenario I have causing it not to start? I’m assuming there is a system master ground that’s interrupted. Thx!

My guess is this is the lawn mower and there is a safety switch circuit for that PTO. No clue on wire colors though.
