Tractor steers very hard even when rpms are up to 2500. I connected a pressure gauge to the left and then to the right steering lines and preform the test as indicated in the tech manual by turning the steering wheel in the proper direction for each side and the output pressure in both were between 1400-1500psi as recomended by the manual. To me this would indicate that there is probably internal leaking within the cylinder making it hard to steer. Looking for confirmation to whether or not this ia a correct diagnosis or if I need to do some other testing prior to replacing the steer cylinder.
