Has anyone else had problems registering with JDParts or is it just me? I go through the process on-line and get to the point where the e-mail directs me back to the log-in screen at the JDParts web site. I enter my log-in and password, which works fine on the MyEquipment page, and I get a web page that says "An error has occured. Please try again later." Well, I've been trying for 2 months with the same result. I have repeatedly contacted the administrator and they keep telling me that I have to log-in to complete the process. I tell them the result and then they tell me that "you must log in to complete the process." I'm tired of going in circles. I'm sure glad I have 2 dealers within 10 miles of home. On second thought, maybe I shouldn't even be bothering with this. Just get in the truck and drive over there. Guess I solved my own problem. Thanks for listening.

After I registered they sent me an e-mail to confirm address. Then had to click on that link (provided in e-mail) to complete registration.
The next day I recieved an e-mail from my local dealer asking if there were any problems ect..

I get never can that far, Hambone. When I click on the link in the e-mail, it takes me to the log-in screen. After I log in, I get sent to the "An error has occurred, try again later" screen. The JDParts web site administrator has verified my e-mail address, log in name, and password. They don't know why it doesn't work. Now they ignore me. Oh well, there is a Dairy Queen on the way to one my local dealer's places. Couldn't get that Pecan Cluster Blizzard frozen ice cream thingy if I ordered stuff on the Internet, could I.

Those Dairy Queen thingy's are very good!
I would try starting the whole process over using different user id. Worth a try. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
What I like is it will tell if the parts are in stock and I don't have to try and explain what I want;
I.E. I need that thing that goes on that dealy up there by the front piece!!!

Do you have your web browser set to accept "cookies" when you try to log in? When I try to log in at JD parts without cookies enabled I keep getting sent back to the log in screen (but no error message).

That's your problem right there; the Hawaiian Blizzard is the good one. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
