Ray, is this the same 100+ hour tractor with the slow turnover problem back in May?
The humidity is high enough in Hawaii where - if the PTO isn't used in a long time - that it's clutch can stick to the flywheel. But quite a few 200 series Jinmas owners have also reported losing a clutch finger.
I'd take off the inspection plates and slowly rotate the clutchpack (use compression release). Make sure that all three fingers are tensioned to a position within about 2mm of the throwout bearing. If they're ok, the PTO clutch plate might be stuck.
If they're not, you've got to determine why all three fingers aren't the same. Sometimes it's a broken pivot bolt, other times it's just a matter of tightening the finger back up.
