Have you checked the oil level in the injection pump? Sounds like it is air bound, did you run out of fuel? You'll need to loosen the hard lines at the injectors and crank it over with the throttle set to low idle. As fuel begins to squirt from the lines, tighten the line nut after all the air bubbles are gone. This is all based on the assumption that you don't have collapsed flexible fuel lines.

Sounds like a stuck fuel cut off rack.
Have you cracked a connection at the injector to make sure the pump is or is not pushing fuel?

If you ran out of fuel you have to prime the fuel pump. On the pump there is a small hand pump. You unscrew the top to release the plunger, pump it until you hear fuel running back into the fuel tank.
