3-Point Hitch Jinma 184 3 point

I was rasing 3 point on Jinma 184, with mower on when it started to vibrate at top of lift cycle. Fluid was full. I dropped load and 3 point now fails to raise and stays down. I can move the lift up and down by hand and the piston rod moves. I drained resivoir and looked at rod and piston which appeared OK? No over extension visible. Also tore apart control valve and could not find anything wrong. Is it possible the piston got jammed in up position? Need advice since new to chinese tractors & problems

Sounds like a bad o-ring on the lift piston,not sure what caused it.The 3- point rebuild kits are cheap,so that would be a good placeto start.

It appears the pressure relief valve is stuck closed, I can't even remove it after taking spring out from top. It should just be laying in there correct.
