Sorry, I guess I forgot to mention that I had already verified that there is oil in the Creep gearbox..

I was tempted to open the main gear box but was reluctant to disturb the shift forks. Not sure how much trouble I could get into with the stick and the shift gates along with the Hi/Lo shift fork. It's probably as simple as the parts book illustration shows, but really want to get more hour on this unit while still under warranty.

Thanks

Steve

Steve, I guess you are good to go. The creeper is fed thru the main box via the bearing bores, so its not an issue. sorry to get ya paranoid(maybe I'm the paranoid one) but one guy experienced a problem with the creeper oil level.
Good luck and happy tractoring!

As always...........God Bless our Troops!!!!!!!!

Follow Up:

I took my 204 for a spin on the county road yesterday and either my hearing has been damage or is more talorent.

The noise level seems to be down now and I can stop imagining big chunks of gear teeth circulating around in the gear box.

However, I'm looking forward to the day I can conclude that my breakin time is satisfied, open the gear covers, clean and replace with heavier oil.

Thanks,

Steve
