Greg G, it is leaking where the part #30 attaches in the diagram you sent. I replaced the seal previously with a 42x62x10 seal.

My apologies then for the red herring. A TPH has two sets of lift arms, upper and lower. You didn't specify, I guessed wrong.

I am going to assume the bushing/bushings went bad and damaged the seal.

To get a good look at the lift shaft for possible wear .. it will have to be removed and that means removing the lift box. Not a real big job... just heavy.

Ronald, any advice/procedures for doing this? I will probably tackle it this weekend.

Thanks.

Here are some pictures of a 200 series Jinma that has the hydraulic strainer under the seat in the lift box. The Jinma's that have the external hyd spin on filter is a liitle different. Shoot me a email if you would like for me to give you a call.

Ronald, would I be able to see if the bushing has slipped to the inside of the lift box if I take the lift arm, and remove the rubber seal? I sure would like to see if that is my problem before I remove the whole lift box. Please let me know your thoughts.

David,
If yours does not use/have the sealing leaf ......... you can see the bushing when the seal is removed. If it has the sealing leaf .... slide it off/out and now you can see the bushing. [edge/end of the bushing]
