Jinma 254XL FEL Shuttle Shift Y385 Engine

I received my parts, gasket kits and bearing set, but have a question regarding the torque spec for the connecting rod bolts. It seem that the Y85 service manual states it to be 88ft-lbs but the bolt size indicates it should be around 47ft-lbs.

Any thoughts?

I would double check that torque # with Affordable or some others

that is higher than the connecting rod top # for my Shanghai 3.26 liter engine and it has some big con rod bolts
Shanghai on left 72 -87 lb.ft. torque spec Volvo B21 on right

Thanks. The posted torque spec is from the manufacture service manual and t he alternate is from CircleG website. They are decent sized bolts and have a thicker mid section. I always have a hard time not believing an engine manufacture and engineer.

120 N·M = 88 lb·ft

So circle G confirmed matching torque #s? ? Sounds like you are good to go on the specs.
