Jinma 284 3 point won't stay up

Give it a Tap with a hammer, it has about aa 1" that's goes inside with a O-ring in it may have to use a screwdriver to wiggle it out

Thank you and everyone for all the input. I got it all done and fixed and works perfect. 3 point stays up as it should. As I keep messing with it, it's getting easier and simpler to work on. Again thank you for all the help and input.
