Jinma 554 rear hydraulics

Still haven't found anything that made a difference.
I did find the speed adjustment for the hydraulics/
And one hex bolt that looked like it was it - but it just kept coming out but didn't divert the flow - I wasn't sure how far was too far - I thought the diverter bolt would not actually come out but rather just spin... Does it actually come out or should it just spin? I can keep turning it but didn't want to before asking if it should come out.....

Finally found it it - it was in another post - The trick was the 3ph lever position....

The pressure supplied to that rear pressure quick connect is the same pressure supplied from the 3point hitch hydraulic control valve to the 3PH lift cylinder. The only difference is the pressure going/comming from the 3PH cylinder goes through the lowering speed regulating valve located in front of the seat. In order to apply pressure to that quick connect, you must have the 3PH control in the "Raise" position. With the control knob screwed closed, all the pressure/flow will be sent to that rear female quick connect fitting.
