JLG Lift Turret won't pivot when hot

I have a '99 JLG 600A lift. My problem is after about a half hour of use, the turret will only pivot one way. Normal speed left but really slow or not at all to the right. Is this a directional control valve issue or the hydraulic motor itself? One mechanic told me to use a heavier oil but to me that's just a bandaid. Any thoughts?

If works one direction and not the other I would first suspect a valve issue since motor would be common parts turning either direction.

I hope my suspicion is accurate. What style of valves are the ones used for rotation? Is it a single valve with two coils or two separate valves? The first thing I would check is took make sure both coils are good.

I would check that the hydraulic motor for the turret is properly attached and tightened. My motor has a difficult to adjust and keep adjusted mounting system that uses 3 heavy bolts. When it gets loose it can move more in one direction than the other because of the way the mounting system works. If yours is similar I could imagine it might turn normally in one direction but get bound up in the other.
