Has anyone converted a Jobox type tool box into a 3pt carryall? Photos? Thanks,

Here are some photos I borrowed from another group where they mounted them on a carryall frame. I’m wondering if you could make some 3pt. brackets for the pins to match up with a quick hitch and bypass mounting the box on a carryall frame. I‘m sure you would have to put a piece of steel on the inside to bolt through. I’ve never inspected a job box to see how thick they are. Any thoughts?

I would use the Carry All and make the box removable so as to be used for other purposes, like wood hauling.

Caryalls are so cheap it would be hard to find steel for the price of one. Get one and mount the box on it like shown in your photos. Seems like the easy and simple way to go, IMO.

If you have a Jobox or the like, why not just use a fork lift attachment to relocate the Jobox where you want it, drop it off and not have it attached to a carry all?

My thought to use the Jobox as a carryall/toolholder/counterweight instead of the typical 3pt carryall we all currently use. Just something different.

The thing I like about the Jobox as a counter weight is the fact it has a lid. I have sand bags in my open top counter weight box, which can get wet if used in inclement weather. Then they take a long time to dry out in an enclosed non heated building. Jon
