I can't get the rear pin to move.  I have heated the housing, and hit the pin as directly as possible with a punch through the front bushing hole...nothing. Since the punch cannot be perfectyl in line with the pin, there is deflection.  I put a fair amount of pressure on the pin using a bottle jack pushing from the front bushing housing to the rear.  I was afraid to use too much that I would break the casting.  If I could get some movement there would be hope of removal.
