John Deere 2210 - how much is it worth?

I have a friend wanting to sell his JD 2210 with 210 loader, bucket, 62C mid mount deck, imatch, LX-4, box blade - 150 hours. He wants a cab tractor now (too hot in Texas).

How much is it worth? $10K?

Anybody interested?

It is in the Dallas, Texas area and delivery could be arranged depending on the destination.
