John deere 2305 or hold out for a kabota or something cheaper?

Im looking for a small as possible tractor for grading my yard and light landscaping work, mowing 1/2 acre etc.
I came accross a john deere 2305 with 2k hours for $8500 comes with 62" mower, westendorf ta52 loader and a rear box scraper.
I kinda have my heart set on a kabota bx1500 or similar.
Any pros and cons on the JD? Is it worth it and at what price?
Or do I hold out for something else?
I'm limited on storage space and really didnt want to spend over $5k but its local just miles away and will need something by or before spring.

For comparison only I picked up a 2305 with the factory loader and a like new rake with 181 hours for $8600. Sold it with a little over 200 hours for $9,900.

8500 with 2000 hours is steep. I also had a bx1500, you need to look at the specs while the 2305 is still a very small machine it’s a decent upgrade from a bx1500. Even more so if you try to run anything off the rear pto.

Keep looking.

Besides the high price and high hours, I wouldn't want a non-JD loader. The quick attach loaders are a must if you are going to be doing mowing and taking the loader on and off.
