The fuel injector set up is just like mine.

I have searched the whole world and can not find a new or used injector for you. You next best bet is to go with a carb, here on ebay for $79

Well you never know what you can find on the internet. Found out that the Kawasaki model FD590V/AS01 injector Kawasaki part number is 49033-2057

Found one here:
49033-2057 Nozzle-injection

However there may be other problems such as the temp and throttle sensor issues. Could also be just a bad connector on the control module, or a bad module.

Also note that if you go with the carb, you will need a different fuel pump. A pulse pump will work and are not very expensive.
