Keep in mind that the tractor industry is about 10-15 years behind the automotive industry. (maybe more/maybe less)
Look at the technology being used in todays automobiles and trucks. Everything is computerized.
Comparing todays automotive systems to those of 20 years ago, today's automobiles are hard to beat in efficiency and durability. With that in mind, the tractor manufacturers are beginning to take advantage of some pretty sophisticated technologies to improve the performance and reliablility of their equipment.
Will there be some design/manufacturing errors - you bet! I believe that most manufacturers are more than happy to correct their mistakes. It's called goodwill. They have too much to lose. Now, let's get the dealers to understand their products and provide a little better service.....
