One last thought, if it is a piston style a good hydraulic shop should be able to replace the seals for a fraction of the Deere quote. They have all the equipment on-hand and probably have will-fit seals available.

I believe the accumulators are charged to about half of the pressure used in the circuit.

The accumulator unloader pressure is usually less than the relief valve setting.

If you really want to know, put a 3000 psi gage in the system.
