John deere 4120 ehydro pto not working

Hey I'm new to the site I have an issue with my 2004 john deere ehydro 4120 my rear pto will not engage the light in the dash comes on but it just won't work it just stopped one day when I was cutting the field any idea for what I could do would be a lot of help thanks

First thing I'd do is look for loose connection, broken wire or bad ground --- PTO Knob switch to engagement solenoid.

I've replaced the pto switch when it first happened do you have any idea were the solenoid would be ? I've seen other forums saying that but I haven't had any luck finding it

I have a 4320 which is near identical tractor to your 4120. My tractor is in a barn about a mile away or I could go look. I don't have the shop manual but it would be valuable for trouble shooting. Another option is to trace wiring starting at the dash switch. Also, if I remember correctly the seat switch must be functioning properly with operator on seat for the PTO to engage. Lift the seat and make sure wires are connected to switch.

If its set up like the 3x20's there is a fuse block beneath the key switch--you probably checked fuses already?
