John Deere 4310 will not start

Had the same thing and it was my solenoid fuel cut off $194.00 for the part

My JD 2010 diesel will not start I've opened both the fuel filters and the gland nuts on top of the glow plugs several times (the two fuel filters also the four fuel lines) have good fuel coming out with no air bubbles when I try to start the engine if I open the fuel lever over half way it will blow gray smoke really good and as I start closing the fuel lever the gray smoke will stop coming out the exhaust pipe I've tried everything short of replacing the ejector pump, I took my four glow plugs out and they look very good please someone "HELP"

I have a 4310 and am having similar issues. I have replaced selenoid, changed fuel filter, emptied fuel from tank and replaced. When I fill fuel line from filter to injector housing, it will start and run until the fuel runs out. No fuel flowing from filter into that line. I am grateful for any advice.
