I tried the load match and it does not make a difference if it is on or off. Maybe the switch is bad? I think I was leaning towards the throttle tps calibration.

At this point, it cannot hurt to try that calibration if you're comfortable with doing it.
I hope it works for you.

Does the tractor run up to red line on the tach? Are your tires the same size as the other guys? Does the other guys run up to red line or beyond? Do both tractors weigh the same with operators on them? Why do you care if his is a little faster top end? They are not race cars! Line up drop the rag and before he gets ahead of you run him into the weeds!

So I tried the calibration with no results. I then changed all filters, screen and oil. No improvement. So I ordered the diagnostic connectors and checked the charge pressure. It was down to around 80 psi instead of the 170-190 psi. Since the charge pressure relief shim kit was $103, I added one SS 8mm x 1mm drilled out washer for $1 and the pressure is up to the 190 mark.
Of course what everyone is waiting for...... the speed increased substantially. Of course that not being good enough, we had a few cold ones and had to race them last weekend. Being I have the larger R1 tires and they are filled, he beat me off the line, but I got him on the top end. My status in the neighborhood is back on top, no dui's or wrecked tractors.

Thanks for the help.

Could you take some pictures of where you hooked the connector up to and where the shims went?

It's already back together, but there are plenty of pictures in the service manual that shows exactly what to do.
