John Deere 4520 PowerReverser engagement??

Just inherited my family's 2012 4520 and as long as I can remember the clutch is all or nothing. it absolutely I'm possible to use the front loader or take easy start offs while brush hogging. I know the power reverser needs adjusted but can someone point me in the right direction? the Deere shops around me are useless because their tech guy who knows what to do is never in. if someone can guide me in the right direction It would be greatly appreciated

Go after tech service manual for that model.. should show how to do the adjustment needed.
