One more addition if u don't mind...

Clappers on the stacks!

Will increase the LCF and stop unwanted moisture/rain from entering if parked outside

Are you going to put some kind of heat shield on the stacks to prevent getting burned when getting in and out?

Does not get hot enough to worry about. However, I would like to find some material like my Denali grill to bend and mount over them. I think it would look pretty cool. Honeycomb type material.

I CANNOT let my 12 yr old see this. Otherwise my Ranger would have stacks!!:cool:

Hope does not see it then. Building the manifolds was a bear.

Got the clappers. It sits in a heated barn, not outside. Not sure why the condensation is so much.

Make sure to post a video with clappers

You may want to use high heat primer and paint on those to keep them rust free

Don't have a video but a picture from heading up hunting this year.

Will look into paint or possibly powdercoat or chrome.

cool!
Because the pipes don't get hot, the moisture from the combustion never evaporates.
consider drilling a small hole and turning a small sheet metal screw in.......it will weep a small amount and not sound like a leak...
