John deere 70 front end loader bucket cylinder specs

I was hoping someone could advise me on the retracted and extended measurements on a 70 loader for a John Deere 790
on the bucket. I have found measurements for 24&3/4 retracted and 17&1/2 stroke for 42&1/4 please correct me if this
is wrong many thanks in advance...Tom

Here's the bucket rod spec's. AM106180 ROD ASSEMBLY 1-1/8" TH X 23-3/8 LG so I can't envision how 24-3/4"s retracted can be correct

I had another person measure and he came up with 28&1/4 and 42&1/2 yet stoke is only then 14inches..Thank you

28-1/4 inches retracted is probably correct.
