John Deere 820
I recently had some hydraulic questions about my 820 and received some good advice so lets try it again. Today I was doing some brush hogging and everything was going great. However when I went to disengage the PTO, it would not work. The lever moves fine, but there isn't that little bit of resistance like there used to be when you engaged/disengaged it. Any experts out there to help a worried newbie of the tractor scene? Any advice is appreciated!

If there's no resistance or pressure on the lever, possibly the linkage has come loose inside the case

My guess is groove pin fell out of control linkage. To replace requires R&R of rockshaft cover.

Replacing the groove pin can be a trying experience.
