The pin on the arm is 1 3/8" ( re-measured ) thanks for the link to the bushings, I book marked it for a future reference. Looks like the outer support for the swing arm will be somewhat easy to airarc off and make new parts to replace. The new pin and the pin keepers whould maintain alignment just fine. Inner bores of the swing arm will most likely get a few of those bushings after reaming oversize. Will start to gather the parts soon and have them on the shelf when the snow flies. Should be in good shape come spring. Thanks for the help and the link, rather buy than make them if I have a choice.
