At quote 11, it's written to leave a .6 "gap between the bolt head and the clutch cover, I want to know why when I removed the worn clutch there was no space to this place.

You have two clutches one on top of the other. One is for the pto and the other for the main drive.

As the disk wears, the clearance you mention is gradually disappearing as the disk becomes thinner. The gap might also disappear even with a new disk when you depress the clutch(s)

I have not read the WSM but it could be that this clearance is a design feature within the dual clutch so that it starts slipping before the flywheel or place where the second clutch engages, from being damaged from rivets etc.

I assume you just made a typo but the gap is .060, not .6

The dualstageclutch has 2 settings. That 0.060' is the setting for the second stage (to disengage the pto)
If not enough the pedal will be very hard ( like disengaging both at the same time)
If to much your pto can not disengage(will not stop)

0.060" at that place ! This pfoto is on a MF 135 but the same principal !
