John Deere Equipment Configurator down?

I have not been able to make the "Built Your Own John Deere" website to work since last Friday.

I can get to the following page just fine:

But when I click Tractors (or anything else for that matter), nothing happens.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I started having the same problem over the weekend, and sent a message to JD. They replied to me this morning, and told me to turn off IE's popup blocker and reinstall Adobe flash. I even reinstalled the latest Java Runtime Environment. No help. They also told me they are working on their website, which could cause problems. I also suspect Microsoft's patches from last week, soemtimes patches have caused various problems before and strangely fixed themselves in the following week or two. I am using Win 7 Pro x64 with IE 8 patched up to date on a Dell Studio 1747 laptop with dual Intel i7 processors.

I was able to get to specific models in the configurator by going to the model I was interested in under tractors (3320, in my case) and selecting the Build Your Own button there - it passed the selection page and went directly to the page for the 3320. Not the best option for me, but at least one that worked.

Tried messing around with it yesterday, got flustered and gave up. Am I the only one that has trouble finding things? :confused2:

I wish they'd go back to the old set-up.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I've tried from 3 different computers using both IE and Firefox. No dice and reinstalling flash/Java did nothing. Oh well, hopefully they will get it worked out soon...

Works for me, and I just figured out that the bloody 6105R, 6115R, 6125R are out.. Great. Didn't I just order a MY2012 6430 Premium? ..... Maybe in a few years. Or something like a 7330 Premium. My dealer might let me demo that.

Maybe it only works for buyers :laughing: Not lookers :laughing:

I can only get as far as build your own, select product then it wont go any further.
