John Deere gator HPX 4x4 price.

A guy I work with has a 2006 John Deere gator HPX 4x4 with the gas engine and ROPS, it has 300 some hours and it has the electric dump. It's been taken care of really well, always garage kept. He's asking $5000.00 and I think he may come down a little more. Looking around on the Internet it seems to be a good deal but what do you all think?
