Just wanted to update on my progress with my tractor. It was a idler pulley am115459 under the mower frame. The screwdriver worked great, thanks for the tip on that. Hard to imagine that one small bearing can make so much noise. It still spins free and probably would of lasted a long time but I am tired of the noise. Will be ready for the spring mowing. With this unseasonably warm weather will not be long.
