Probably 6' Medium Duty which has the 3" shaft vs the JD 2 shaft. Would like the 7' but it is another $1,500-$1,800. I have a IH 574 (55 HP) that is weak. Also have a MF 65 (45HP). The 6' gives them a rough time.
But as a Nonprofit, We get a CaseIH 75C or 110C every year for 6 mo. for $1 via a CaseIh program. I prefer the 110 because it is more stable on hills.
For what they invest in a tractor, it seems they could go all out on brush cutter.
I like the 6' BB720. I have 60HP and no trouble with a 6'. I had a Woods Cadet 72 for 25 years. I recently bought a used BB72. I did not realize the blade pins use nuts not the easy plates and bolts of the cadet 72, or I would have held out for a BB720. I also like the look of the dual tail wheel option.
Good luck getting another cutter.
I've not tried a 7', but a some say you get a better cut moving up to an 8' dual spindle over a 7'
