You have to take dyno tests with a grain of salt. Depending on how many HP they are designed to test they can have a pretty large margin of error. I have heard of some odd results when testing small tractors with our 300Hp+ Dyno's.
I also own a load cell. I've tested a handful of tractors of different makes and for the most part each one has tested almost spot on its MFG rating. There is some variation because the relief preasures can be different, but for the most part what they spec is what you should expect.
