Ye Gods, Patrick!!! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif

I have an L2500, and the only way I could get you on my tractor would be like this:

Not sure how you'd work the controls, though. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

As official High Priest of the BX cult I wish to welcome you both to BXdom. While I have not posted here in a while due to buisness, travel and whatnot not to mention a preoccupation with recent events that overshadow things like toy tractors I have not foresaken my mighty BX. Hope you enjoy your new machines, BX and 7500. Today I was getting oil and a filter and stopped by the Kubota place and looked at a slightly used 2410 just becuz it was there. Hmmmmmmm. J

In boating this is called 2 foot-itis.

On TBN it would be more than a bigger tractor.
I think Bird is the official High Priest of B series Kubota's./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
You could keep your BX and buy the other tractor.
This would allow you to keep your BX title./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Ron,

Couldn't agree more. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
But the "BX" is really not a member of the "B" series, that's why the "X" designation. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gifIt's kind of the king of the lawn mowers. So JR can keep his title as BX High Priest, two High Priests are OK./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

You know, that could be cool if there was a joystick control for the HST amd steering mounted back there too!

I'll have to post a picture of me on the BX some-time (no digital camera yet so takes a while). My wife thinks I need to make the ROPS taller for a start because my head is higher than the top of it!

What really scares me though is that my two year old twin boys are bigger than the 4 year olds in my area. I think they have picked up the bigness genes from both me and my father-in-law -- who is 6'6" and over 300lbs when he's lean and mean.

Maybe I said it wrong. I meant if JR were to buy a B series Tractor and get rid of his BX he would have to give up his High Priest designation./w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif Just having some fun./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif They both can keep their well deserved high positions./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Well now, I was not intending to question Bird's deserved status as High Priest and Kubota cult leader, I am merely said leader of the radical BX splinter group. You might say I am leading a--well--never mind. Besides, I have not yet actually decided to trade for a 2410--I was just looking at it--cannot I just look?! It is a tractor, not my wife and even Jimmy Carter lusted for bigger -- well-- I don't think it was a tractor.
Tell y'all what--if I were to trade my BX--strictly hypothetical--- I would flail myself for three days and then would I possibly be worthy of joining the B series, Mine is Bigger than Yours cult? What other sacrifices would I need to make? Now don't all get in a tiff.
My BX at 250 hours, got her stuck in the lagoon, I would have taken a picture but had I not acted quickly as in sprinting for the Toyota and chain I might have had to don my rusty SCUBA gear to retrieve her. Thing is my wife told me not to go in there, my neighbor's wife said not to go in there and even the dogs knew to leave the zone of culpability but hell--what do they now anyway. So down in there I went and after the second load I felt the bank give way and swimming we went. Nothing more hapless and forlorn than a stuck tractor in a sewage lagoon. Well, she is all cleaned up now with fresh fluids and happy as a bug to be on terra firma and probably wishing I would trade her to someone with more horse (tractor) sense. J

/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gifNope, you don't want to trade for a bigger tractor or you might have to get a bigger truck to pull it out./w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

TresCrows,

Are you mellowing in your old age? I called the BX a lawn mower.I disvowed it as a member of the B series. Certainly this requires a rebut from the High Priest of BX doom./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Seriously, how deep did it go and was the fluid change just a precaution or did gunk really get in?
