Barlow's delivered my new BX1860 today :D. I already have a Grand L so I was looking at getting just a used BX to mow with and pull a small trailer, aerator, etc. I figured I did not need the loader. Well you know how that goes ;).

After discussing options with Brady I decided to spring for a new BX1860, 54 MM, FEL and grill guard. Brady got me a smoking good deal by getting a BX1860 from another dealer that had it in inventory for around a year. I thus was able to bypass all of the price increases that have occurred.

I did not have time to play with my new toy I mean tool tonight. Hopefully some action pics this weekend.

Nice!!! Your going to be surprised by what that can do..

NEVER call that a toy around the Mrs...It is a necessary estate tool that will save obscene amounts of money:D

Hey amigauser, great minds think alike.:confused2: After weeks of screwing around trying to find a used machine, I ordered new, and Santa Barlow is bringing me the same BX1860 in about 2 weeks. Nice pics, I see he's loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh.:D

Yeah, he found me an '09, which was about $500 less than the current model, as I recall. That's quite a price increase. Only I had the discipline to forgo the loader!

That first photo is pretty funny...your 1860 is dwarfed by the rear tire of that big tractor. I'll bet somebody here knows just what those other 3 models are.

Hey, where you gonna keep it? I see there's only room for one in your tractor shed.

Congratulations! The BX is a nice companion for the L, they won't compete with each other. Looks like there are going to be some more smiling faces in New England today.

Congratulations on new BX. I have a grand L3130 and a BX2360. Nice to have that combo to use. Only thing is my Grand L don't get out much since I got the BX.

Yes the other three tractors on the trailer dwarfed the BX. The one closest to the BX was a M model, don't recall the exact number, going to a farmer also located in CT. I am not sure about the other two as I mainly was checking out my new BX.

The BX1860 is going into my main garage which is a 2 car but extra deep (24' w x 32' L). It has room for my two vehicles along with the new BX and my JD Gator along with tools Etc. The other stand alone garage has the L3240 and all of my Stihl power equipment :D.
