Is swapping out a joystick loader control to a 3 lever loader control as simple as disconnecting the hoses and reconnecting the hoses in the proper spots??? For some reason, whenever I think out this I always think, there is a supply hose to the valve, then the different valves to the different functions, then a return hose to the tank. It sounds simple enough but I know its not and there is always more to it....

there's usually two "return" ports. A low pressure Tank port and a high pressure Power Beyond. PB goes on to feed the other valves, usually with the 3pt as the last in the chain.

There's a lot of different port connection types- JIC, SAE, BSP, etc. You will have to figure out what the current one has and either find a valve that's the same or buy adaptors.
Also the ports are not in standard locations so you may need longer hoses, different elbows on the end, etc.
