joystick repair

I've got a MF 1464 loader with a NIMCO joystick. I need to replace the o-rings on the lift spool to fix a leak but I can't figure out how to remove them. I can get the control lever off and the plate underneath but then I'm stuck.
Anybody got a guess as to what I need to do?

Nimco is a tough one to get parts for too....you probably will end up to "match up" these o-rings.....anyway.....try to find your valve among these downloads....There might be some cut outs that will show some details...also try to post some detailed pictures from both the spool ends....
