[cement was 37 yards $ 4436. Steel and supplies 600.
You beat me-either its not 60 x 80 or if it is, and you used 37 cu yards of "concrete", your floor is 2.49" thick.I would have thought it would have required 58.6 yards of cement to pour that floor. What am I missing?

I had no issues with the town. The building inspector asked me to make sure I used a 2x2 cement footing and attach each post with a cable in case of extreme uplift. No other issues. It is 39x60 with 17 foot ceilings. I plan to put in 14x14 doors next spring. Cement floor coming in a few weeks. I will also add a 36" passenger walk thru door. Next year a car lift as well I hope! I did build it myself with the help of my teenagers and friends. Yes I did get a permit that cost about $500!:dance1::laughing:
