Exactly what is this picture about? What happened?

I saw a summary of the incident leading to that photo a wile ago... That tractor was pulling some kind of trailer (maybe with a load of hay on it). The operator claimed there was a hydraulic failure on the loader (speculation he bumped the the joystick). And then the loader/bucket dug into the ground while the tractor was running at a high rate of speed. The loader stopped instantly but the tractor & heavy trailer took a second to stop & ran over the loader. Made for a truly impressive accident photo though.

I had a chain fall out of the bucket of my JD 2030. I also was moving slow. When the front tire went over the chain, the loader held, but the front tire stopped rolling and started to slide, which caught my attention. I was able to dump the bucket and lift the front of the tractor and free the chain. no damage done!
