Just bought 6110 used tractor moves very slow and loader barly lifts

Tractor has 350hours on it bought it used out of state.
When you put it in low range it will move but will "slip" if you rev the engine up then slowly start speeding up
If you go to medium it really slips and if you go to high it won't even move, I don't know if its the clutch slipping or does the shuttle part run though the hydraulics? and maybe the hydraulics aren't flowing enough to pull the tractor in high gear??
Also the loader is VERY VERY slow, from the ground to full lift would take about a full minute, tilt is also very slow and the 3 point hitch lifts VERY VERY slow....??

What am I missing here? Any info would be great

Your clutch is slipping in a big way. You can see if there is any adjustment remaining, but generally if it has slipped for any length of time the clutch will be ruined. There should be roughly 1" of free play in the pedal before you feel the TO bearing depressing the clutch fingers. The hydraulics are a different issue, most likely completely unrelated to the clutch.

You will have to diagnose the hydraulics, but the thing to do first is to check the fluid level and then make sure the filter is not plugged. However, 350 hours is nothing. The clutch should be like new and even if the unit has been abused and poorly cared for I can't imagine a hydraulic issue already.

I'm just curious, did the seller give you a bargain and tell you about these issues? Private party sale or from a dealer?

Your issue may be as simple as a clutch adjustment and a filter and fluid change. Or as bad as a clutch replacement and a new hydraulic pump. Let's hope for the easy fix!

Is there a sump screen on this tractor? I had a similar problem once and it was a plugged sump screen. Sounds similar to the problem here. Just a thought.

Not Sure about a sump a screen

My dad bought the tractor offline from a repo lot actually but it looks mint and the hours are true, it's a 2012 model we were not told of any issues at all and with that low of hours we didn't expect any. Heck the tires are even still blocky and brand new looking, it even smells like a new car when you get in the cab lol.
I'll check to see if there is any play in the clutch pedal tomorrow
has anyone else had any issues like this, I did some research and couldn't find any real complaints on this model before he bought it.

The only thing that comes to mind for me is plugged up hydraulic flow. Could be the filter is full of new tractor metal filings because the filter was never changed. Same thing for the sump screen, if you have one (and should). If you have one it should have been removed and cleaned. You could also just be low oil.

It is likely a repossessed tractor was not properly maintained. I'd do a complete service on it: air, oil, anti-freeze, hydraulic and transmission filter/fluid change ,and thorough lube job.

Both air filters, full filter, and engine oil and filter has been changed witch I know has nothing to do with the hydraulics, couldn't find a hydraulic filter but will get one on order asap.
would the transmission Slip after the clutch has been fully released? I know it's a shuttle shift but I couldn't kill the engine if I wanted to it just sits there and slips.

Fullforce, this is an entirely mechanical transmission. The shuttle isn't even hydraulic on this model. Just like a manual trans in an old tractor, it should not slip. I do have one idea though. The clutch on these grab solidly and fairly low to the floor upon release. Lower than on some models. It takes a little getting used to. Somebody might have messed with that linkage to get the release a little higher, and thereby got it all out of adjustment. For sure try to adjust it to get freeplay.

The clutch is burnt out on it.. most likely the guy got wind of it and adjusted it to work long enough to sell it... hyd. fuel, air will have nothing to do with it. Let me assure you your best to go ahead and put a clutch in it instead of tinkering... someone would have to really jack with the levers bad to off set it that much. Iv seen people burn up a clutch in less than 100 hours so don't let it determine your thinking.
