just bought a new 530

Hi- I'm Rob from New Jersey. Just stumbled on a beat up 1966 530 for 2k. Everything moves and operates...leaks fluid from...uhhh...everywhere. The model says D530 TC. I'm still trying to figure out what that is. Bucket has all mismatched pins/bushings. Appears to be a very strong running engine. The gas tank has a pin hole in the drain cavity so the old owners put a aux tank on it. Trying to find a forum on how to remove the tank and where to aquire the pins for the bucket..lol. Anyways, I gotta feeling theres loads to learn here so I'll just keep searching/lurking

Check out the thread on this site by stans1 http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/projects/327115-1963-case-530ck-backhoe-loader.html re his total rebuild of a CK 530. Amazing job and he may be able to answer questions also.

lol...as I was searching for info on google about my new 530, I stumbled on his thread...Awesome job. wish I had a metal lathe. some serious talent outta that guy!
