Minot 20 hp
Just bought the Minot (pronounced Jin-Ma) 20 hp from Tractor Supply Co.

It's a nice little unit. I'm not a heavy user so it should be fine for me.

I put a 3-point scraper blade on it to start because I need to do some grading.

I understand that the Koyker 140 FEL will bolt right on so I'll probably do that sometime before winter.

I'll be reading the posts to learn more.

Hi and welcome to TBN. What did you have to give for your Minot? I will disclose that I am a Farm Pro dealer and although TSC is not selling MINOTS in my area...yet... I just want to see what the market is doing. I would give hard consideration to putting a loader on that 2wd tractor, especially with Turf tires. certainly no bigger than a 4 ft bucket. you may want tire chains or a set of AG r-1 tires and rims for the back to make the tractor push the loader into your material. This tractor is great for finish mowing by the way. Have you contacted/visited your assigned "service center? thanks for any info you care to share.

I'd never put a heavily loaded bucket over the OE turfs either. I'd be surprised if they had even 4 ply sidewalls. The turfs on my Yanmar were only 2-ply, and probably would have burst.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice about the tires. I'm a novice at anything bigger than a lawn tractor, and I've never had a diesel powered anything.

The price was $6,429 which I understand is what they are charging anywhere in the states. I'm in PA

Regards
