Very nice. Gawd when I first did that stuff I had to swipe someones SOURCE code
and I bit by bit hacked it to my needs. I still have a horrible web site too! HA!

I will suggest a couple of things, IMO. Your PHONE NUMBER should be top right on the main page...Yes
you have a contact page but the guy who wants your services NOW does not
want to hunt for your tele number.

Open your sorce code and change the title tag from;
<title>Breezy Ridge Dirt Works - Home</title>

TO
<title>Breezy Ridge Dirt Works - ENTER PHONE NUMBER HERE</title>

Doing this puts your phone number into search pages instantly.


The Wood background, make it rocks or dirt or something more like what you do.

Yes, great job!
I too use weebly!

If you have an iPhone - did you know there is a Weebly App which lets you post Blog updates really really easy!!!
You can do an update in seconds before you've left the job site... :cool2:

Like Artisan said, you should have your phone number or email (phone number would be better IMO) on the Home Page.

As far as the location for the number, near the top right IN the "green bar" with the link buttons would be a good location. Just to the right of the "ON LINE INQUIRY FORM" in white letters and a nice font.

Also, your "list" next to the picture looks good but the one that says "Guaranteed to Satisfaction" is worded a bit odd. Perhaps "Satisfaction Guaranteed" or "Guaranteed to Satisfy" would be better.

All in all, the site looks good.

All I saw as far as something that needs correcting is this.Just fix that typo and run with it.Sight looks very nice and as others have said loads very quickly.
From your site under the equipment tab:
"Please Click on "Equipment" Tab pull down menu for an expandrd list and description of Breezy Ridge Dirt Works Equipment capabilities."

Nice job and the pictures and descriptions in land clearing says it very well - love the articulating excavator.

A suggestion - dont know if you are sending out a link to your site - but local townships/agencies sometimes need an extra machine or help doing some jobs.

Like the pics and especially the rocks and placement.

When I google NH dirt works a lot of hits but nothing on yours or direct to the company in the first page or two - a lot of yellow pages, manta, and other linked pages but not many direct to the web site. Yellow pages, business directory listings usually cost some $.

I know you can pay google for links but I dont have direct experience on how to make it more prominent.

You already likely have connections with other contractors so one tact is if they have a web page, create links from yours to theirs and vice versa - you know, like local building supply houses, home builders, and others that you might reference for larger jobs, plumbing contractors and so forth.

Create some fliers - a simple one page setup and get them printed in quantity and distribute to real estate offices, bulletin boards in supermarkets - there are lots of places to post these use your imagination.

Signage at your work site will also create word of mouth advertising especially along well travelled routes.

The trade name of the company is Breezy Ridge Dirt Works, (with an "s" in Works.)
So why didn't I originally have Breezy Ridge Dirt Works - Breezy Ridge Dirt Works Home as the website to match the spelling of the company name?
