yes I agree considering the age and the fact that the tractor is always under cover. The tractors still in the middle of the paddock, I've had to drop the wheel and tyre off to the dealer. I'll post some pics you won't believe the size of the crack own the side wall. If was a half a century old I'd understand it.Sure would be fun to understand what the hell is going on. A crack does not flatten a tire until it has time to breach the carcass plys and then the inner sealing membrane on the tire. This takes a long time ... a lot of rolling cycles. More than is possible in 160hrs.
The dealer felt that it would be better to deal with Titan as they are also a dealer for Titian tyres.Yes But, regardless of the tyre manufacturer, why hasn't the dealership dealt with this in a timely manner... then sort it out with the tyre company?
The OP said it was a new tractor. The dealership should've been all over this, unless they're flat out with haying season?
